Jamie Cosgrove
Founder & CEO
Jamie is a seasoned Founder, Investor, People Leader with a passion for technology and operations. Over the last 16 years, Jamie has gained experience building and scaling teams across startups, growth-stage companies, and Fortune 100 enterprises. He has led global People teams, completed close to 100 ATS implementations, and led process transformations for organizations across multiple industries.
Before founding syncHR, Jamie served as a fractional Chief People Officer, helping businesses align their people, budgets, technology, systems, and teams for scalable growth. He brings a pragmatic, tech-enabled approach to every engagement grounded in deep operational experience and a genuine passion for helping companies grow efficiently.
Outside of work Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, coaching youth football, and enjoying the outdoors.

Caroline O'Neill
Head of Operations
Caroline is an experienced operator who has built and scaled People, Talent, and Operations functions across Web3, fintech, and quantitative finance.
She served as Chief People Officer at Irreducible ($24M Series A), where she was the first non-technical hire and built the company’s global operations from the ground up. Before that, she led global recruiting at MoonPay ($555M Series A) through a period of hypergrowth, and spent six years at PDT Partners ($6B AUM), a quantitative hedge fund in New York City.
She’s passionate about building high-performing teams, designing sustainable systems, and supporting founders through their earliest stages.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys traveling, and has been to 26 countries.
